Are Unineon signs safe for home use?
Yes, 100%. We utilize modern LED neon technology that is energy-efficient, low-voltage, and remains cool to the touch. All our raw materials are certified by CCC, CE, and RoHS, making them perfectly safe for bedrooms, nurseries, and offices.
What makes the quality of a Unineon sign different?
Every sign is a custom neon sign just for you. Our production process involves 68 meticulous steps, from precise corner cutting to expert welding. We use premium 5mm acrylic imported from Japan Mitsubishi, ensuring your sign has superior clarity and durability.
How do I know what size to choose for my space?
We provide detailed measurements in both imperial and metric units for your convenience:
Small: 10 in x 5 in (26 cm x 13 cm)
Medium: 13 in x 6 in (32 cm x 16 cm)
Large: 20 in x 10 in (52 cm x 26 cm)
Custom: You can slide to select any custom size you need.
(Note: As each sign is handcrafted, please allow for a slight variation of 1–2 inches or 2.5–5 cm).
Is the sign fragile? How do you prevent damage during shipping?
We use a specialized "anti-break" packaging system. Your sign is protected by a dust-proof membrane, bubble cotton, and U-shaped corner protectors, all housed inside a 5mm thick reinforced wooden box to solve the industry problem of fragile acrylic.
What is the warranty on a Unineon sign?
We stand by our craftsmanship. We offer a 6 month warranty on any quality-related issues. If there is a verified manufacturing defect within this period, we will replace your sign with a new one for free.
How long does it take to receive my custom sign?
Our production time is 1–4 business days. Shipping usually takes 4–10 business days for the US and 4–15 business days internationally. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.
How do I hang or install my new neon sign?
Our signs come with pre-drilled holes and the necessary mounting hardware. They are lightweight and designed for easy installation, allowing you to light up your wall in minutes.
